01General Terms & Applicability

02Account Registration & Eligibility

One Member – One Account

Each individual may hold only one goldbetting account. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

03Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Goldbetting accepts all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All payments must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

General Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to cash only after the wagering requirement has been met.

04Bonus & Promotion Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they convert to cash after the specified wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Any bonus with unmet wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Goldbetting reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.

Say you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement. That means you need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before you can withdraw. You don't have to wager it all at once — you can meet the requirement gradually through smaller bets.

05Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

All bets on goldbetting are processed through an electronic system. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Exceptions may apply in certain specific circumstances:

• Incorrect Odds: If clearly incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error or human mistake, goldbetting reserves the right to void or amend the affected bets.
• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled, all bets are generally refunded. However, different rules may apply if a match is cancelled after a certain point in play.
• System Error: Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.
• Dispute: For any dispute, please contact the goldbetting support team within 72 hours.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goldbetting. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited:

• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Match fixing or unlawfully influencing the outcome of any event
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Accessing another person's account without their permission
• Transacting on goldbetting with funds from illegal sources
• Betting using automated bots or software

07Account Suspension & Closure

Goldbetting reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms & Conditions is found
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided
• If a suspicious financial transaction is detected
• Under the direction of a court or regulatory authority

You may close your account at any time. If you have a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before closure.

08Limitation of Liability
